Cost: $20 for each classes ($60) + $40 for kit
We will go over the basics of programming the board (using makecode) and then students will do a project that involves the board. Key programming skills and creativity will be highlights. Every student gets to take home a Playground Express Kit that is a wearable computer that can be used for many different projects.
This course will be taught by Neel Banerjee an electrical engineer with over 15 years of experience. Neel has two kids aged 2 years and 6 years old. Neel loves working with kids and seeing how much they can achieve. Neel is the committee chair for his son’s cub scout pack and regularly volunteers at his son’s elementary school. He enjoys spending time with his family and mountain biking.
